The interactive installation is a part of the rebrand of the Petersen Automotive Museum. It is amazing that how car enthusiasts are able to identity cars by the engine notes.
Standing in front of the panel of the car that you want to hear, will activate the installation, and play back the engine sound, along with the visualization of the sound wave. In between it will show you some information about the engine, such as displacement.
